As a company, our staff is dedicated to providing the most positive classroom  experience followed by fostering a love for performance and the sport that is  dance. Dance leads students to a level of personal expression that cannot be found  anywhere other than the stage. Hot Shotz Dance Company strives to not only  create dancers but also leaders. Our company is founded on hard work, dedication,  character, and most of all love for each other and the sport. In years past and in  years to come, one thing will remain the same inside the doors of our studio, and  that is passion. We, as a team, exhibit great diversity as we come dressed in red  and black to lead our students. Our team represents full-time high school and  college students, wives and mothers, all the way to preschool teachers. We bring in  experience from all walks of life to ensure that our dancers are not just taught to  dance, but that they are taught life lessons in our studio.  

We as a staff are committed to continuing excellence as we work hard to bring  fresh and innovative material to the dancers every year. There are many programs  on the horizon for our company as our dancers continue to submit to a new level of  learning each time they enter the classroom. The best is yet to come, and we cannot  wait to watch it unfold.
